All Always Augustine pieces are handmade and carefully packaged with love from Florida 🌊✨

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery delays caused by USPS or the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Always Augustine is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
